Yes it is necessary to learning a foreign language in order to travel because when somebody travel to any continent of the world there are different languages speaking in every area ,the primary thing to connect with the people is the language,if there is not understanding of language than the person is like bare headed . According to the second opinion is this is not only reason of work to learn any language,when someone move abroad the life is nearly impossible without the language skills although there are translator apps but nobody can survive for the whole life with these things
