Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing because i have a problem with a product i bought in your shop last week. I am not happy and i want you to help me.
The thing i bought is a electric kettle, the colour is white and the brand is Hotpoint. I paid 250 thousand som for it on Monday and the man in the shop said it is very good quality.
But when i come home and use it, there is a big problem. The kettle is not boiling the water, i wait twenty minutes and the water is still cold. Also there is a strange smell like burning when i turn it on. I think maybe it is broken inside.
For this reason i want you to change it for a new one that is working. If you dont have same kettle, please give my money back. I have the receipt and the box still with me.
