Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent order I placed on your website on October 12th
I ordered a pair of black leather shoes (size 42) and a blue winter jacket. However, when the package arrived yesterday, I received a brown pair of boots (size 40) and a red T-shirt instead.
This error has caused significant inconvenience for me. I ordered these clothes specifically for an important job interview scheduled for this coming Friday. Because of this mistake, I currently have nothing suitable to wear for the event, and I do not have enough time to go shopping in person.
To resolve this issue, I would appreciate it if you could send the correct items via express delivery as soon as possible. If the items are out of stock, please arrange a full refund to my original payment method and provide instructions on how to return the wrong items.
