Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that I recently received a confirmation email from my college that I gained a place on computer programing course i.e. two years diploma which will be start this January. My main concern is that I need a good accommodation near my university. I am a introvert person so I would prefer that my have a scenic view so that I enjoy nature and where I can focus more on my studies. Furthermore, I will afford $ 500 per month which includes all utilities and my own private room. I also love to adjust with two or three other students so that I do not feel alone. Honestly, I do not have any special requirements, as I know that you offer a best accommodation for me. However, I give more preference to that residence which will be not far from my institute.
