Firstly, we should take into account the importance of job training and employment assistance programst which will contribute to the overall efficiency and well-be operations. Also, if we consider the likelihood of mental health and counseling services, it is expected to take a three-fold effect due to several reasons including better mental increased happiness and better health. Furthermore, transitional housing programs with case management support should not be neglected as it can increase the chances of success, effectiveness, qua and a positive environment.
